MCW Recognized on Forbes Best-In-State Employer List for Fourth Consecutive Year
The ʼһ is pleased to share that Forbes has recognized us as a Best-In-State Employer in Wisconsin for the fourth consecutive year. Open to companies from all industry sectors, America's Best-In-State Employers 2024 were identified in an independent survey from a sample of over 160,000 employees at companies employing at least 500 people within the U.S. – around 4.4 million employer evaluations were considered.
The consideration of data over multiple years allows for a robust differentiation between organizations that consistently perform well from those that may have only had a single good year. An employer's final score is determined on a state-by-state basis and is built upon two types of employee evaluations:
- Personal Evaluations: Employees’ willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family.
- Public Evaluations: Recommendations from friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry (also known as indirect evaluations).
“I am truly honored that our institution has received this recognition by Forbes as a top employer in Wisconsin for the past four years,” said John R. Raymond, Sr., MD, president and CEO. “As we look to the future and focus our efforts on growth, positivity and partnerships, we will continue building a workplace where our people feel valued and supported throughout their career journeys.”
“MCW thrives when our people thrive, and we are proud of our employees’ steadfast dedication to MCW’s mission, vision and values in all they do,” said Adrienne Mitchell, MBA, senior vice president, Human Resources and Faculty Affairs. “This recognition is a testament to our exceptional people as the driving force behind our success, and who together make MCW such a unique and special place to work and learn.”
Based on the results of the Forbes survey and following our prior recognition in 2021, 2022 and 2023, we are thrilled to again be named as a top employer in Wisconsin and the country.
