Biography

Dr. Liz Harkin developed an interest in the treatment of orthopaedic injuries following an All-American soccer career at Arizona State University and a FIFA gold medal with the US National Team. After attending Georgetown University for medical school, she completed her orthopaedic residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. She obtained advanced fellowship training from the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center, the nation’s first trauma center and one of the leading institutions for orthopaedic trauma in the world. She treats every patient as if they were a family member, with the goal of restoring quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and Milwaukee Brewers baseball.
