Biography

“As a neurosurgeon, I treat patients with urgent, life threatening, or debilitating conditions. I understand how difficult it is to be faced with illness and how intimidating it can be for you to choose a spinal surgeon. Your story is important to me! We review all of your symptoms, tests, and images together and discuss all of the surgical and non-surgical options in detail. Because every patient comes with different values and experiences, I want you to ask questions. I believe that well-informed patients make the best decisions. If surgery is necessary, you can be assured of a comprehensive and innovative approach to any disorder, simple or complex. I never schedule concurrent or overlapping surgeries because I believe an individualized approach leads to the best outcomes. Nothing is more gratifying than seeing a patient return to his or her family, finally relieved of a debilitating condition.”
